Boissiere Dry Vermouth

A sophisticated vermouth with a rich history. Boissiere’s prized original blend, infused with select botanicals such as elderflower, chamomile, iris and bitter orange peel, was developed in France in 1857. The recipe has been a closely guarded secret, protected by the angelic Cherubs, who appear on every bottle. Crystalline As an aperitif, neat, over ice with a twist of lemon or as a long drink mixed with soda water, tonic or lemonade. For the perfect dry martini. Very light, with floral and herbal aromas of roses. A dry palate with an initial wave of sweetness, then light, citrusy and floral with hints of rose petal and orange flower water.
