Grown on Gneis soil in Staufen, planted in the 1970th for the Pinot blanc, all worked by hand only. Bunches got pressed as whole cluster, fermented in used barrels from different size. Aged for one year on the full lees in barrel and another half year in stainless steel on its entire lees. This is the last wine from Am Kreuz as we lost the plots. This wine has a good ripeness and a very crystalline structure.
