From a small 0.29-hectare parcel on the northern side of Perrires-Dessous, Dancers bottling sits among the most mineral, incisive expressions of Meursault. The vines, planted mostly in 1963, dig into stony limestone soils that give the wine its tension and clarity. The 2023 is precise and texturalcrushed stone, orchard fruit, citrus oilwith a cut that carries through the finish. It’s a cuve produced in very small quantity, quietly among the most sought-after whites in the cellar.
