The Cuvee Yann Le Gall by Savanna, presented as the second edition of the Artist series, combines two very old molasses rums with an 8-year-old agricultural rum. Matured in ex-Cognac barrels, this cuvee embodies the art of sophisticated blending by merging the depth and complexity of the different rums.

The Yann Le Gall cuvee, which will be presented on May 4, continues the innovative collaboration between the distillery and the artist Yann Le Gall, which began with the first Cuvee Vast in 2023. Thierry Grondin, Savanna’s Master Blender, has carefully selected two very old molasses rums to combine with an 8-year-old agricultural rum.

These three rums, aged in ex-Cognac French oak barrels, form a unique blend that reveals a refined and balanced aromatic palette. This cuvee testifies to the Savanna distillery’s exceptional expertise in the art of ageing and blending, combining the tradition of rum-making with modern artistic creativity.
