Oloroso Rio Viejo wine is made 100% with the Palomino fino grape. The Rio Viejo wine is a dry Oloroso wine especially appreciated in its cradle, Jerez de la Frontera, maintaining its origin in the solera founded in 1918.
It is a bright mahogany wine, its long aging gives aromas of great diversity and elegance. The palate is round, velvety, very dry, broad and long. It is very powerful and explosive in multiple nuances that end harmoniously.
Excellent with nuts or accompanying stews of hunting and tail of bull. Also as a digestive.
