Darnley’s View London Dry Gin

The gin is a London Dry Gin so no flavors are added after distillation, only purified water to reduce gin to its bottling strength. 80 Proof.

Darnley’s View is named after the union of Mary Queen of Scots and her husband, Lord Darnley, who she first spied through the courtyard window at Wemyss Castle in 1565. Today, Darnleys View retains its historical essence, thanks to William Wemyss, the direct descendent from the 3rd Earl of Wemyss (1678-1720). Chairman and Founder of the Wemyss Group, William has developed Darnleys View in collaboration with Geraldine Coates, gin expert and accomplished British author. Darnleys View is made with six carefully selected berries, seeds, peels, roots and flowers known collectively as the botanicals:- Juniper Berries- Elderflower-Lemon Peel- Coriander Seeds-Orris Root
