But, take a wine made from 40 to 50 year old vines and aged on its fine lees for 10 months in tank, and an additional 5 years in bottle, and you have the makings of a truly exhilarating white wine experience.

In the glass, there is not even a suggestion this wine has oner five years of age. Aromas of apples, pears and lemons swirl from the bouquet with freshness and lively fanfare. In the mouth the flavors glide effortlessly over a plump and juicy texture with a clean, refreshing finish.

Still a showing youthful exuberance with layers of complexity that can only come with time in the bottle, this is the perfect wine for seafood and sushi as well as a good assortment of flavorful cheeses. Made from organically grwon grapes.
