A traditional German beer that originated in Berlin. This is our lowest ABV beer at 3.7%. We brew it with primarily pilsner and wheat malt. We naturally introduce lactobacillus into the beer which is the same bacteria found in yogurt. This process lowers the pH of the beer resulting in a tart taste with a slight malt aroma. We finish this version with peaches.
