This is an ode to a time not that long ago when West Coast IPAs ruled the world. We brewed this beer with a simple foundation of American 2 Row malt, then hopped and dry hopped aggressively with Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial.The beer brings forth a bracing bitterness with pungent aromas of dank citrus and sticky pine resin.
