2020 Weingut Karl Haidle Riesling “Ritzling” trocken, Wurrtemberg, Germaany

“Ritzling” borrows its name from what has become Moritz Haidles endearing nick-name. This serves as the entry to the estates range. The grapes are farmed organically like all of Moritzs wines, and fermented with native yeasts, 30% in stainless steel and 70% in large, old German oak casks from the 1970s. Elevage occurs in the same vessels for approximately 6 months.
