The Bourgogne Cte d’Or is drawn from five different plots (four in Meursault and one in Chassagne) amounting to 1 hectare. In Meursault, they are “Les Lameroses”, “Les Pacriots”, “Les Belles Ctes”, “Les Herbeaux” and “Au Jardin.” In Chassagn-Montrachet, it is “Les Grandes Corves.”

Vinification:Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any btonnage, no racking, cold and very slow fermentations (late-occurring malolactic conversion)

Maturation:18 months in barrels of 1-2 previous wines with a light fining and filtration before bottling
