Waxy notes of lemon pith and dried straw. A lick of almond meal, verging on marzipan, doused with citrus verbena and toned with lanolin. A tightly wound, highly strung mid-weighted expression that is bound for prodigious effect with some bottle age. The acidity, vibrant and effusive. Drinkable now, but best after 2028.
