2023 Julian Haart Wintricher Ohligsberg Riesling Kabinett Trocken, Mosel, Germany

This is sourced from an older parcel in the Ohligsberg; it was meant to be a Kabinett (off-dry) but the pick had to be delayed by a day or two due to weather and when the harvest took place, Julian didn’t feel the wine had the fierce acidity required for an off-dry.
