Vincent Dancers 2023 La Romane originates from a premier cru parcel situated on the upper slopes of Chassagne-Montrachet, characterized by its stony limestone soils and eastern exposure. The vines, planted in 1980 and 1994, benefit from a natural barrier of old oaks, providing shelter and promoting early ripening. Vinified with indigenous yeasts and aged in approximately 50% new oak barrels for 17 months, followed by 56 months in stainless steel, the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
