Albert Bichot 2021 Domaine Adelle Champ Renard Aligote

The Champ Renard vineyard of Domaine Adlie is located at the entrance of the village of Mercurey. In terms of wine, it is worked according to the same spirit and the same traditional methods as the Chardonnay vines. Bourgogne Aligot is an appellation produced throughout Burgundy and found mainly in the vineyards of Auxerrois, Cte Chalonnaise and Hautes Ctes de Beaune and Nuits.

Tasting Notes

The Aligot grape from Champ Renard both gives the sensation of a wine with a modest approach, but which provides freshness and roundness through its aging. It reveals notes of white flowers and dried fruits, with a nice consistency in the mouth.
