The spy apples, pressed in 2018, were concentrated and stored over long Vermont winters to imbue each cask with rich autumnal spice. The Angel’s Envy Ice Cider Rye was rested in these select casks for one day short of a year and finished at 53.5% ABV. This specialty rye features aromatic notes of caramelized candy apples, oak, and roasted nuts seasoned with cinnamon.
