Bespoken Dark Rum (40% ABV) is heritage distilled at Surf City Still Works using 100% USVI molasses. Then sent to “finishing school” in San Francisco, CA, where new charred American Oak staves impart graduate-level flavor and refinement. While paying homage to the artisans who came before us, Bespoken Spirits upcycles the natural elements of heritage maturation in premium spirits-using 99% less energy, 97% less wood and 20% less water than traditional barrel aging.
