Unfiltered*, uncut, and at 115.8 proof, this bourbon has complex aromas of ripe banana, walnut, leather, warmed rye bread, vanilla, and subtlesmoke. On the palate, a bold and sophisticated taste of dried fruits, caramels, vanilla, and honey. The finish is 2 minutes long with lingering rye spices.
