This exquisite spirit is the embodiment of perfection, distilled from 100% Azul Agave tequilana, carefully nurtured and cultivated for the finest flavors.

The journey begins with the agave hearts being steam-cooked in a time-honored 150-year-old brick oven, preserving their essence. Next, a mechanical milling process extracts every precious drop of flavor. The agave mash is then open fermented for a full seven days in stainless steel, allowing the natural flavors to develop and mature.

The art of distillation is taken to new heights with a double distillation process. The first pass occurs in a small stainless steel pot still, followed by a second pass in a larger copper pot still, refining the spirit to perfection. After this meticulous process, the spirit rests for 45 days in steel, harmonizing its complex notes.

This extraordinary Destilado de Agave exhibits a remarkable flavor profile, with notes of sandalwood, shishito peppers, sea salt, buttercream, chocolate-covered cherry, candied yam, wet slate, eucalyptus, and a subtle hint of citrus peel.
