Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower – his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon’s first release!
