Diplomatico Mantuano Ron Extra Anejo is a premium rum from Venezuela, bottled at 40% ABV in a distinctive 0.7-liter bottle. The name “Mantuano” means “nobleman” and refers to the rich heritage of the Diplomatico distillery as well as the high-quality origins of this extra-aged rum.

Mantuano is made from a blend of molasses and sugarcane honey, which are processed in a complex distillation process using column, batch, and pot stills. The rum is then aged for up to eight years in former bourbon and malt whiskey barrels, giving it a complex and well-structured aroma. It is soft, round, and multi-layered, with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, oak, caramel, and a hint of spice.
