PINOT GRIGIOWINEMAKING NOTESCalifornias sun-filled vineyards steal the show in this vibrant Pinot Grigio. The 2019 vintage brought cooler temperatures, lengthening the growing season and giving the fruit plenty of time on the vine to develop bright acidity and complex flavors. The grapes were picked just on the brink of ripeness and pressed as whole clusters. A slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved the bright fruit character and sunny personality of this refreshing, unoaked white.TASTING NOTESThis breezy sipper brings the fun with an expressive nose of citrus and floral tones, balanced by an exceedingly crisp palate. Delicate aromas of white peach and orange blossom segue to mouthwatering flavors of pear and melon.
