These include verbena, mace, star anise, candied violet blossom, cardamom, angelica root, coriander, rose petals, cloves and the zest of oranges and lemons. This harmonious interplay gives the gin a fresh, clear and precise bouquet, which is rounded off by a balanced spiciness and intense aroma.
