Located on the western edge of the Cte de Beaune, the vineyards of Saint-Aubin consists of two areas of distinct mesoclimate: one exposed to the south and southeast on chalky limestone soils and the other with a cooler, more eastern exposure on soils with more gravel and clay. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented and matured in oak barrels for a total of 12 months before bottling.
