Winemaker Description

Color is straw yellow, with slight greenish hints. Offers a particularly fine mineral feeling and notes of fruit and white flowers. Mouthfeel is lively, balanced, with a fresh acidity, which increases its persistance and favours its drinkability.

A slight almondish finish.

Perfect pairing – Excellent as aperitif, paired with hors doeuvres and fish rag or vegetable first courses. It is the perfect match also for seafood.

The vineyard’s soil at La Raia is calcareous and clayey, it’s approximately 400 metres above sea level with a south-east and south-west exposure. The vineyards surround the cellar, with an average density of 4500 plants per hectare. In accordance with the farms core philosophy and in line with the biodynamic principles, the vines are farmed without the use of any chemicals.
