LCB Mr. Kitty Hazy TIPA 160z

Alright, let’s talk about “Mr. Kitty” from Local Craft Beer. This one’s got some serious personality!

First things first, we’re looking at another Triple New England IPA, also known as a Hazy IPA. And just like its canine-inspired counterpart, this kitty’s got claws – we’re talking 10% ABV here. That’s not a beer to be trifled with!

Now, about that name – Mr. Kitty. I’m picturing a sophisticated feline in a little bowtie, sipping on this brew. But let’s keep it between us humans, okay? Cats and beer don’t actually mix!

The hop profile on this one is pretty interesting. They’ve started with Barbe Rouge and Hallertau Blanc, then finished it off with Galaxy and Strata. That’s quite the combination!

Barbe Rouge usually brings some red fruit and berry notes to the party. Hallertau Blanc? Think white grape and lemongrass. Then Galaxy hops often add a tropical punch – passionfruit, peach, that kind of thing. And Strata? It’s known for its strawberry and cannabis-like dankness.

Put it all together, and I’m imagining a beer that’s bursting with fruity flavors. Probably has that signature hazy, juicy body that New England IPAs are famous for.
