Los Siete Misterios Tobala (TBL01/21) Mezcal 700ml

Los Siete Misterios was born from a trip the founders took in 2010. Inspired by the traditions, culture, and passion of the distilleries they visited, they embarked on connecting this “lost world” with the present time. Los Siete Misterios are a family comprised of the Founders, the Maestros Mezcaleros and the broader Oaxacan communities that work together to bring you a perfectly refined spirit. Los Siete Misterios is also committedto supporting the micro economies in which the distilleries are located.

Tobala is an incredibly unique agave species. It presents many challenges including only being reproduced by seed as there are norhizomes. Mezcaleros have to trek through rough and steep terrain to locate tobala crops to harvest. The sensational flavour that itpresents in a mezcal makes it the jewel in the crown for many brands including Los Siete Misterios.An extremely limited release with the most recent batch to Australia being mostly on-premise only. We have managed to secure an extremely small allotment.
