LUXARDO APERITIF ANTICO 33

Luxardo Antico is the unique Luxardo interpretation of a classic Italian vermouth. Cherry juice is separated and left to mature until natural fermentation begins. From there, neutral alcohol is added to the cherry wine to stop the fermentation and then the liquid is aged in oak vats The final product is then infused with a secret blend of herbs and spices and filtered to create a Luxardo cherry twist in a vermouth

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, Luxardo Antico is fruity and spicy with zesty citrus and white floral scents. On the pallete it dispays complex fruit and herbal notes with white pepper and spice with a long bitter, herbal, and lightly spiced finish
