It is layered with ripe & smooth tannins bringing balance & backbone. PAIRING: Stews and slow cooked meats such as oxtail, pork cheek, ossobuco. Also risottos, meat based pasta dishes, meatloaf, Milanesa Napolitana (breaded fried steak), roasted bone marrow, roast turkey and duck confit.
