It first rests for one year in used American oak barrels, then splits into two batches: half matures for another year in new American oak Nadalie Symphony toast barrels, while the other half ages in new French oak Nadalie Expression Rouge barrels from the Allier forest. Double distilled in 120-year-old copper stills, only the heart of the distillation is used, ensuring purity.
