APPEARANCE/BODY: Clear and bright. A pale yellow with slight green tint. Light bodied with a zesty minerality and medium-long finish.

AROMA: Intense aroma of grapefruit, lemon and lime, and subtle tropical notes of mango and honeydew. Additional herbal and grass notes, typical of a Sauvignon Blanc.

PALATE: Crisp with refreshing acidity. Flavors bring the aroma to life showing dominant citrus character and tropical undertones.
