St-Remy Signature French Brandy

St-Rmy Signature is the latest creation from Master Blender Ccile Roudaut. Through its innovative production process, St-Rmy Signature is the perfect balance of tradition and modernity. The first maturation takes place in new oak casks (Quercus Petraea species with a fine grain) using medium and high heat. These casks deliver spicy notes, indulgence, and vivacity. The second maturation takes place in traditional brandy casks (Quercus Robur species with a large grain) using high heat only. These casks deliver roundness, balance and sweetness, and assert the very personality of our brandy. The result is a unique, warm, subtle and smooth blend designed to delight palates and create moments of contentment. St-Rmy Signature is luminous and amber in color with sweet aromas of vanilla, coconut and fresh fruits on the nose. Round and balanced on the palate, the woody and spiced notes are enriched with honey, nut, and butter flavors. Fruity aromas transform from fresh to candied while sweet spices bring strong roundness and balance. St-Rmy Signature is best enjoyed neat, over ice or as a unique base for classic cocktails, such as the French Old Fashioned.

Luminous, bright-amber, intensified by fiery, red sparks. A sweet aroma of virgin wood and spices such as vanilla, coconut and almond, as well as fresh fruits. Subtle and smooth. Virgin woody notes are enriched with honey, nut and butter flavours. Fruity notes start fresh, and then become candied. Sweet spices create roundness and balance.
