A beautifully aromatic and balanced Californian North Coast Sauvignon Blanc that shows fresh lime leaf, lemongrass and citrus blossom notes with hints of rich tropical fruits. Enjoy on its own or with grilled seafood, fish tacos and seasonal salads.

Tasting Notes

Our goal is complexity on the nose with nice fresh notes (lime leaf and lemongrass), citrus notes (key lime), floral notes (citrus blossom), and tropical notes (guava, lychee, pineapple), which is achieved by sourcing from many different vineyards and using different clones of Sauvignon Blanc including the distinctively floral Musque clone. The key for our Sauvignon Blanc is balancing mouthwatering acidity with a nice roundness. The result is a complex, balanced wine that can be enjoyed either on its own or with food.
