Batch 2 of Grankaz Rum is a blend of traditionally fermented molasses and pure sugarcane juice, which were distilled separately and then aged in different types of casks. Ex-Merlot casks from France, ex-Bourbon casks, and French oak casks were used, giving the rum remarkable depth, structure, and aromatic diversity.
