Crafted from carefully selected lots grown in the sub-AVAs of Sonoma Countys Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Fermented in French Oak barrels with partial malolactic fermentation, it offers a delightfully lifted mouthfeel with a weighty mid-palate, balanced by its refreshing bright and fruit-forward character. Aromas of Asian pear, delicate honeysuckle, lemon preserves, and pineapple upside-down cake. On the palate, fresh pineapple, and honeycrisp apple flavors mingle with tangy lemon curd. Tahitian vanilla, caramel and a light toastiness round out the finish. A textbook expression of the cooler-climate Sonoma growing region. – WINEMAKER ABIGAIL HORSTMAN
