A core range of well-aged whiskeys are perfected in exceptional finishing barrels, sourced from the finest cooperages around the world, includingright here, in our own backyard. Surrounded by nature’s bounty, we distill genuine, farm-to-glass whiskey. We harvest our own crops each year, seed experimental grains, and we’ve perfected a custom toast/char profile for our local, sustainably harvested Vermont Estate Oak barrels.
